From the 29th to the 31st of August, Iron Taekwondo League proudly competed at the Multi-European Games in Niš, Serbia. Representing Malta on an international stage, our team fielded six dedicated athletes: one cadet (Jean Schembri), two juniors (Michela Scerri and Alycia Cassar), and three seniors (Fergeson Galea, Czarek Odlanicki, and refugee team player Ashik Sunil).

Led by national coach Ditmir Vodinaj (ITL), four players hit their first major event of the year, as a national team: The first European Junior/Cadet Qualifying Event in Tirana, Albania.

Another historic result for Malta came by way of the European Championships for Games of the Small States, with no less than three golds, one silver, and one bronze medal.
